Tickets for the 2014 Jackson Hole Wine Auction (June 26-28) are now on sale. For each of our four events from the Grand Wine Tasting and Taste of Jackson Hole on Thursday to Signature Private Dinners on Friday and our Auction & Gala Dinner on Saturday, GTMF will host renowned chefs and vintners and other special guests who will help to make each event a smashing success.
Matt Kramer from Wine Spectator will be on-hand throughout the weekend to discuss and educate about varietals, vintages and all things from the vineyard. Drew Nieporent, our Culinary Director, has been with the Jackson Hole Wine Auction since the beginning and is excited to return yet again for this spectacular weekend. For the live auction, Auctioneer Fritz Hatton is returning to the stage to encourage spirited bidding in support of Grand Teton Music Festival! Fine Dining Restaurant Group’s Neil Loomis joins the team as Wine Director and will ensure that your glass is always full.
In addition to these experts in their respective fields, we’re thrilled to welcome an esteemed group of celebrated chefs to Jackson Hole. We’ll have Ricky Estrellado and Ryo Hasegawa from Nobu in New York; Roy Yamaguchi from Roy’s in Honolulu; Franck Steigerwald from the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead in Atlanta; James Boyce from Cotton Row in Huntsville; Thomas McNaughton from flour + water in San Francisco; and Ricardo Zarate from Mo-Chica in Los Angeles. Each of these chefs has won acclaim in their home cities and beyond, and we could not be happier to have them joining us this summer!
We have an impressive array of wineries from across the globe – Argentina, Italy, France, New Zealand, and, of course, California. The 2014 list of vintners includes Patrick D’Aulan from Alta Vista in Mendoza, Argentina; Stuart Bryan and Suzanne Pride Bryan from Pride Mountain Vineyards in Napa, CA; Pierre Henry Gagey from Maison Louis Jadot in Burgundy, France; Steve Smith from Craggy Range vineyard in New Zealand; Pierre and Monique Seillan from Vérité in Healdsburg, CA. We’ll also host Philippe Marchal from Champagne Taittinger in Champagne, France; and Fernando Seixas from Taylor Fladgate in Duoro, Portugal.
