The second night of festivities, Friday, June 27, is all about our Signature Private Dinners held in six of Jackson Hole’s most beautiful homes. For each dinner one celebrated chef and a featured vintner will collaborate to create one-of-a-kind menus sure to delight the palate. With Chef Franck Steigerwald from the Ritz-Cartlon in Buckhead, Atlanta paired with libations from Maison Louis Jadot curated by vintner Jacques Lardiere, Alan and Vicki Henderson welcome you to their French-inspired home. Located in Teton Pines, the sweeping views of manicured fairways and the Teton Mountain range provide a perfect setting. Chef Franck and Maison Louis Jadot will join to prepare an evening to remember featuring sophisticated French cuisine and prestigious Grand Cru’s.
Hosting Chefs Ricky Estrellado and Ryo Hasegawa from Nobu in New York as well as Steve Smith, vintner from Craggy Range vineyard in New Zealand, John and Kitty Resor welcome you to their ranch home nestled at the base of the Tetons overlooking Fish Creek. Take in panoramic views of four mountain ranges while enjoying distinctly Japanese cuisine. Adding one more mountain range to the stunning setting, Craggy Range vineyard will present distinct vintages for your tasting pleasure. This will be a fantastic evening to savor and enjoy.
With Chef Ricardo Zarate from Mo-Chica in Los Angeles and Patrick D’Aulan from Alta Vista vineyard, longtime Jackson Hole residents and business owners James and Carol Linton invite you to their contemporary home on the west ridge of Skyline Ranch. This stunning setting overlooks the Snake River with a backdrop of the Tetons. Chef Ricardo Zarate will illuminate the night with his modern take on Peruvian cuisine. Hosting Chef James Boyce of Cotton Row and Pierre & Monique Seillan of Vérité, Katrina and Brandon Ryan will join with Bessemer Trust to welcome you to their hand-hewn log home in John Dodge. With Teton views and xeriscaped surroundings, this beautiful home provides the perfect setting for a wonderful evening. Chef James Boyce will enchant with a southern-influenced modern American menu expertly paired with the Bordeaux-inspired wines of Vérité and a special course with Arietta’s On the White Keys. Join them for a truly memorable evening of food and wine.
With Chef Thomas McNaughton of flour + water and Marchese Lodovico Antinori of Tenuta di Biserno vineyard, Heidi and Danny Jost will open the doors of their contemporary craftsman style home finely appointed with outstanding artwork and nestled in the rolling hills of Game Creek. Chef McNaughton will delight with an Italian menu reflecting old-world tradition and refinement. The noteworthy Tuscan wines of Tenuta di Biserno and Arietta’s On The White Keyswill pair perfectly, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Hosting Chef Roy Yamaguchi from Roy’s and Suzanne Pride Bryan & Stuart Bryan from Pride Mountain Vineyards, Louise and Ralph Haberfield welcome you to an evening where Hawaii meets Napa in their stunning Indian Springs home. Experience the flavors of Hawaii as Chef Yamaguchi dazzles with a menu of exotic flavors and spices mixed with the freshest local ingredients.
