What happens when a young boy encounters a wolf in Grand Teton National Park? Join Festival musicians for Prokofiev’s classic musical tale with a Wyoming wildlife spin, adapted and narrated by Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich. This special performance is designed for all ages and will include a family reception on the deck at intermission. Attendees will also enjoy chamber music by Australian composer Alex Turley and Johannes Brahms.

Before the performance, join Earthfire Institute founder Susan Eirich at 6:30 PM in the Hall auditorium for a talk exploring the true nature of wolves — featuring stories from her work with the sanctuary’s 11 resident wolves — followed by informal conversation on the deck during intermission.
