The majority of summer concerts take place in Walk Festival Hall at the base of the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Located in the heart of Teton Village, Walk Festival Hall is a short drive from the town of Jackson, Wyoming, and an hour from Yellowstone’s southern gate.

Construction Notes

Snake River Bridge replacement project:
Improvements are being made to the Snake River Bridge on Hwy 22 between Jackson and Wilson. Expect delays and short-term closures.  | more info

The Village Parking Lot at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the Cody Parking Lot in the Upper Village near Teton Mountain Lodge both offer easy access to Walk Festival Hall.

Limited valet parking is available for those with accessibility issues.

Note: Due to construction getting to Teton Village, we recommend that patrons leave extra time to allow for any possible delays. 

The majority of performances take place inside acoustically acclaimed Walk Festival Hall, celebrated by listeners and performers alike for its intimate atmosphere where the music wraps itself around you. Though they are inside, audience members find the beauty of the music amplified by the surreal surroundings.

Exchanging Tickets
You can exchange tickets by calling 307.733.1128 or by visiting Fritz Box Office. Subscribers can exchange tickets free of charge, single ticket buyers will be charged a $3 fee per exchange.

Have your replacement tickets reprinted or emailed to you by calling 307.733.1128 or by visiting Fritz Box Office.

Returning Tickets
We do not issue refunds for tickets. You may turn back unused tickets prior to concerts for a tax-deductible donation. Turning back unused tickets allows us to keep our hall full.

Festival patrons can enjoy beverages and snacks from our concessions stand around our hall. Concessions are located on the Hartley Pavilion, which is the upper deck of Walk Festival Hall. They are open one hour before each concert and through intermission for concerts Wednesday–Saturday. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Kids aged four and up are welcome at evening concerts when accompanied by music-loving adults.

GTMF offers ADA access from our upper deck, the Hartley Pavilion, which is accessible from Cody Circle. Please call the ticket office at 307.733.1128 for more information. We also have ADA listening devices available. See an Usher on concert evenings to request a listening device.

We try to begin all concerts on time. If you arrive late, you can listen and watch the concert on a monitor in one of the lobbies of the entrances on the upper deck until we begin late seating. Please wait on the same side of the hall as where you are sitting so we can seat you as quickly as possible.
