[JACKSON, WY, April 24, 2025]—The Grand Teton Music Festival is pleased to announce the appointment of four new staff members: Collin Bankovic as Patron Services Manager, Katherine Campbell as Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, Stephen Dyer as Director of Leadership Gifts, and Rachel Stevens as Development Manager.

These new staff members enhance the Festival’s capability to deliver on its mission: to engage, entertain, educate, and inspire our resident and seasonal communities through exhilarating musical experiences.

Collin Bankovic joins the GTMF team as Patron Services Manager, overseeing ticket sales and Festival patron experience. Through thoughtful, detail-oriented service and hospitality, the Patron Services Manager creates ticket-buying and concert-going experiences that mirror the excellence of what patrons see and hear on stage. Originally from western Pennsylvania, Bankovic is a passionate musician and arts administrator. He holds degrees in saxophone performance from Penn State University, BM and Florida State University, MM. Bankovic was previously a member of the box office team during the 2024 Festival season and he couldn’t be more excited and grateful to return to GTMF in this full-time role. When Bankovic is not serving Festival patrons, he enjoys playing/teaching saxophone, skiing, hiking, listening to vinyl records, and brewing coffee.

Katherine Campbell is the new Executive Assistant & Board Liaison. In her role, Campbell provides communication and strategic support to the Executive Director and the Festival Board of Directors. Campbell is a musician and administrator who comes to GTMF from Mayer Brown, LLP in Chicago. At Mayer Brown, she was a legal secretary and supported seven attorneys across several specializations in the Finance practice area. Before joining Mayer Brown, Campbell worked in a solo practitioner’s office while earning her master’s degree in saxophone performance from the University of Hartford. Her undergraduate degree, also in saxophone performance, is from Bowling Green State University.

Stephen Dyer joins the team as Director of Leadership Gifts, helping to promote a strong culture of philanthropy across the organization through fundraising and ensuring an excellent donor experience at the Festival. Drawing on two decades of experience as a film producer and screenwriter living in the shadow of the Tetons, Dyer brings an authentic, intrinsic passion for the arts and the area to this new role. He also brings a track record of success, forging relationships that raised more than $20M for projects and writing for most of the major Hollywood studios. A vested member of the Writers Guild of America West, his finished work has premiered at the Sundance and Toronto International film festivals, and on screens around the world. Genuinely honored to join the GTMF team, he looks forward to supporting and growing the festival mission in this next phase. Beyond work he loves his family, music, books, animals, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Rachel Stevens has been hired as the new Development Manager, responsible for stewardship, event planning, fundraising and more. Through thoughtful stewardship, careful event planning, donor-centered requests for support, and unwavering commitments to hospitality and teamwork, Stevens will work to expand and strengthen the donor base that fuels GTMF’s mission and impact. Stevens is a Texas-born-and-raised storyteller who made her way to Jackson as soon as she could. With a degree in journalism and a master’s in filmmaking, her career has seen many iterations in the arts across Missoula, Bozeman, and Seattle. Stevens is a New York Times-published writer, PBS-published film director, Communication Arts-published creative director, and award-winning radio producer. She has dedicated much of her career to championing music and sharing her passion for nonprofit organizations. After a 13-year break from Jackson, Stevens is ecstatic to be back: working for the Grand Teton Music Festival and adventuring in the Tetons with her husband and daughter.

The Grand Teton Music Festival’s 64th season runs from July 3 to August 23, 2025, with over 250+ classical musicians and more than 80 events. Tickets are now available for the summer season at gtmf.org.
